RDC-U promotes its 1st Webinar

Celebrating its launch and the publication of the first call for articles, the Revista de Direito Contemporâneo UNIDEP (RDC-U) presents its 1st Webinar!

The event will feature two panels:

1) Civil Procedure and new technologies: current scenario and future perspectives

Graduated (1998), Master (2002) and Doctor in Law from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (2008). Professor in undergraduate, specialization, master's and doctoral courses at PUC-RS. Member of the Brazilian Institute of Procedural Law, of the Brazilian Association of Constitutional Procedural Law and of BRASILCON. National Treasury Attorney in Porto Alegre (RS).

2) The challenges of contemporary business law
Prof. Ma. Cláudia de Lurdes da Silva Gonçalves (University of Salamanca/Spain)
Doctoral student in Private Derecho at the Universidad de Salamanca/ES. Master in Business Law from Centro Universitário Curitiba (2017). Specialization in Business Law from the Ritter dos Reis University Center (2015). Graduated in Law from the Ritter dos Reis University Center (2013). Lawyer registered with the Brazilian Bar Association and the Portuguese Bar Association, specializing in business consultancy. In the academic field, dedicated to research and investigation in corporate reorganization and bankruptcy law.
