ELECTRONIC JUDICIAL PROCESS AND THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC
Abstract
The article aims to analyze the use of the electronic process for the maintenance of the jurisdictional provision during the Covid-19 Pandemic. Due to the Pandemic several activities were paralyzed and the several sectors had to find alternatives for the maintenance of essential activities, guaranteeing rights to the citizens. Aiming to evidence the importance of the electronic process in the pandemic period, through qualitative and bibliographic research, a contextualization of the Pandemic is made. Based on the CNJ resolutions and on the forecast of Law 11.419/2006, in dialogue with the Civil Process Code, the advances for the jurisdictional provision are made evident. At the end, we seek to emphasize the cooperation between technology and law for the justice system.
