comparative analysis of the technological and regulatory reality of Brazil and Argentina
Abstract
The article intends to bring reflections on the regulation of Cryptoassets, especially the internet systems called Dark and Deepweb, their concepts and distinctions. Within this scope, the use of cryptoactives as a means of money laundering. We will seek to demonstrate the parallel between Brazilian and Argentine legislation to prevent money laundering through cryptoactives. For the development of the article, regarding methodological aspects, it involves using the deductive method, with bibliographical research. It is possible to observe the parallel of Argentine legislation, which, similar to Brazil, creates models and regulatory bodies for private exchanges. The legislation, however, needs improvements by the Federal Senate, especially with regard to guarantees of professional secrecy.
