THE USE OF CRITICISM OF DOGMATIC LEGAL SCIENCE AS A LIBERATING INSTRUMENT IN LATIN AMERICA
Abstract
The decolonial movement seeks a more inclusive and liberating legal system. Based on this premise, the present paper addresses legal dogmatics under the critical theory of law and analyzes the criticism of the Eurocentric system as an instrument for the perception of reality through a theoretical framework that allows the exercise of reflection and denunciation to promote awareness. It follows the qualitative methodological style of bibliographical review of authors of critical legal theory. The main findings of the research are based on the need to intersect the law with other knowledges in the search for overcoming established Eurocentrism.
